We are currently pricing by piece, and factors include size, color and detail level.
Price quotes are good for 90 days from the date given.
Please contact us directly for price quotes, consults or to request a session.
In order to book an appointment and begin the process of drawing a custom creation, we require a deposit of 25% of the estimated price of the tattoo up front, or $50 for any tattoo price of $200 or less.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. When a client reserves a session, we allocate resources, plan schedules, & invest time in designing the artwork to ensure a safe, unique & personalized experience. If a client is unable to complete their session (or the artist refuses service as described below), the deposit helps offset these costs & compensates for the time spent.
If a deposit is given, a design is provided, and a new consultation is needed (which is determined at the artist's discretion), client must attend the new consultation. If client no shows or cancels the new consultation without rescheduling, the deposit will not transfer, and any future sessions will require a new deposit. It is at the artist's discretion to continue to work with a client who no shows or cancels without intention of rescheduling.
This policy aims to enhance the quality and availability of our consultation services while minimizing disruptions caused by no-shows.
**1. Credit Card Requirement: **
- To book an in-studio or virtual consultation, clients are required to provide a valid credit card during the booking process. This credit card information will be securely stored.
**2. Free Consults: **
- In-studio & virtual consults will remain free of charge, & there will be no upfront fees for booking them.
**3. Cancellation Fee: **
- In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled consultation, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged to the client’s provided credit card. Any deposits given for a tattoo session will be forfeit and non-transferable.
**4. Cancellation Fee Waiver: **
- The cancellation fee may be waived under exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, at our discretion.
We will absolutely work with you if you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours, but we need effective communication to do so! If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
While we do our best to accommodate our clients, our tattoo artists reserve the right to reschedule your session if you are more than 15 minutes behind schedule. This policy is in place to honor the time of both our clients and our artists. Additionally, being repeatedly late may lead to the cancellation of your session without the ability to reschedule, and any deposits given will be forfeit and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to decline service under ANY circumstances, as deemed necessary by the artist(s) or manager, as we prioritize the well-being of our clients and staff. This includes (but is not limited to):
**Illness: ** Clients who are currently ill, as tattooing during illness can compromise healing and pose health risks. This includes acute or chronic illness. Please be sure to list any illness or ongoing health issue in your session request or consult and reach out to reschedule prior to your session if you become ill.
**Broken Bones/Injuries: ** Clients with broken bones or significant injuries may be declined service due to potential discomfort and interference with the tattooing and healing process. Please let your artist know prior to scheduling your session if you are recovering from a broken bone or injury, and please contact us to reschedule your session should an injury or broken bone occur after booking.
**Active Antibiotics Usage: ** Tattooing on skin affected by antibiotics may hinder proper healing, leading us to decline service. If you begin an antibiotic regimen prior to your session, please contact us to reschedule.
**Poor Behavior: ** We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Clients or their guests displaying inappropriate, rude or aggressive behavior will be refused service.
Please note that deposits for tattoo appointments are non-refundable, and refusal of service may also negate the ability to reschedule - this is also at the artist's discretion.
Currently, we are not booking tattoo sessions for the following body locations:
Fingers
Palms
Feet (including soles)
Outer Reproductive Parts
Placement at top of hands and faces will be considered on a case by case basis.
Tattoo touch-ups will be evaluated on an as-needed basis and priced at a lower rate than our standard tattoo fees. Additionally, from time to time, our artist may choose to offer complimentary touch-up sessions at their discretion. Your satisfaction with your tattoo is our priority, and we aim to ensure your ink remains vibrant and pristine over time.
We will assess minor tattoos individually, starting from a minimum age of 17. An in-studio consultation is required for minors, and whether to proceed with the design will be up to the artist’s discretion. Legal guardians of the minor must prove their status with documentation and provide notarized consent. They will also be requred to attend the tattoo session(s).
Any custom design that is created by Liquid Color Tattoo Studios(“LCS”) is intentional, original and subject to copyright protection. Additionally, any art that is not created by LCS is subject to copyright protection for the artist that created it. It is our intention to create original works or works inspired by references, not an exact duplicate of someone else's art. Therefore, if you bring a design to be tattooed without any modifications or customization, you must have written consent from the original artist to use it.

1. **Avoid Alcohol, Drugs, and Caffeine**
Please refrain from consuming alcohol, using recreational drugs, and limit or eliminate caffeine intake at least 24 hours before your appointment. Even small amounts can increase bleeding during the session and affect healing. We reserve the right to reschedule if you arrive under the influence or altered in any way. If you have concerns about managing pain or fear, please reach out to us beforehand.
2. **Hydrate in Advance**
Start drinking plenty of water at least one week before your session. Hydrated skin is more receptive to tattoos and heals faster!
3. **Eat and Stay Hydrated**
Make sure you have eaten (lightly, if you have a sensitive stomach) and are well-hydrated before arriving. Feel free to bring a drink and a snack; we take breaks during sessions, so you’ll have time to recharge.
4. **Pain Management**
You can take Tylenol 30-45 minutes before your session to help reduce pain and swelling. If you’re considering using numbing creams, please consult with us first to get approval from your artist.
5. **Body Hair and Shaving**
We will shave the tattooed area at the appointment. There’s no need to feel self-conscious about body hair—our studio is a judgment-free zone!
6. **Skin Preparation**
It’s a good idea to keep your skin in great condition leading up to your session. However, on the day of your appointment, avoid using lotions, creams, self-tanner, or oils on the area to be tattooed.
7. **Dress Comfortably**
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you don’t mind potentially staining. We provide pillows during your session, but you’re welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, or stuffed animal for extra comfort.
8. **Support Person**
You can bring a support person if current health guidelines permit. Please ensure they are kind, respectful, and supportive.
9. **Rescheduling Due to Illness**
If you’re experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or any other contagious illness (such as the flu, RSV, or strep throat), please reach out to reschedule. Being healthy is essential for your tattoo to heal properly. Your artist may also need to reschedule due to illness, family matters, or other circumstances; we appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
1. **Initial Bandage Care**:
- Keep the bandage received after your appointment on for up to 48 hours. To ease removal, use a warm compress for 10 minutes or take a warm shower.
- After removing the bandage, gently wash the tattoo with clean hands using a mild, unscented soap (e.g., glycerin or castile soap). Avoid using a washcloth or loofah.
- Pat dry gently and apply a thin layer of the silver hydro-wound gel provided in your aftercare package. Follow with a thin layer of the aftercare ointment or lotion of your choice (e.g., Vaseline, A&D).
- Use the silver wound gel twice daily until it runs out (if there’s no irritation).
2. **Maintaining Moisture**:
- Monitor the moisture levels of your skin. Apply a cream (Vaseline, A&D, or Aquaphor), lotion (Cereve, Eucerin), or body oil (e.g., coconut oil, shea butter) as needed for the next 3-5 days.
- Choose a gentle, non-comedogenic product well-tolerated by your skin. Apply in thin layers to prevent dryness, which can cause additional scabbing, flaking, peeling, and itching.
- Consult your tattoo artist regarding the aftercare product you plan to use. Skipping ointment or lotion may lead to irritation, unnecessary scabbing, and loss of ink.
3. **Scabbing**:
- Scabbing may begin after bandage removal. **Do not pick at scabs**—this could cause bleeding and loss of ink.
- Continue to apply ointment, but reduce the frequency to allow the scabs to heal. Consider switching back to silver hydro-wound gel or another wound healing product if needed. Consult your medical practitioner if necessary.
4. **General Care Tips**:
- Avoid using fragranced body washes, lotions, or shampoos.
- Refrain from swimming or using hot tubs for at least two weeks after getting the tattoo. Also, avoid long, hot showers or baths.
- Use clean bed linens and towels during the healing process. Avoid sleeping with pets while your tattoo heals.
- Keep the tattoo out of direct sunlight and avoid tanning beds, strenuous activity, and self-tanning lotions for two weeks post-session.
- Wear loose clothing over the tattoo to avoid irritation.
5. **After Healing**:
- Once the tattoo is fully healed (typically 2-3 weeks post-appointment), apply sunscreen when going outdoors to help preserve the color and prevent fading.
6. **Signs of Healing and Issues**:
- Some redness, irritation, oozing, swelling, and/or scabbing are normal for up to a week. However, if you experience symptoms like increasing pain or swelling, worsening redness after 24-48 hours, fever, red streaks, or pus, contact your physician immediately.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your tattoo artist. If you believe you need medical attention, seek it promptly.
